Fit & Fabric

Fit

Finished circumference is approximately 7–8 inches with stretch. Perfect to either wrap around twice or place over a secure hair tie dependant on desired style/ hair type + fitness.

Fabric

Every Staise scrunchie is made with care using fabrics sourced as responsibly as possible. We try, where we can, to use deadstock and locally sourced materials, helping us reduce waste and keep things unique. Fabric composition may vary slightly between colourways, but each one is designed to be soft, secure, and gentle on your hair.

Return & Refund

We do not offer refunds, but we can provide a credit note for full-priced items within 14 days of purchase if they are returned unworn and in a sellable state. Customers are responsible for shipping costs (£4) unless otherwise agreed, this will be deducted from the credit note price.

All our scrunchies are handmade in the UK, so each one is unique. In the rare occasion you receive an item that is faulty or not quite right, we’re happy to exchange it for a new one in the same colour and size. In this case, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Are the scrunchies handmade?

Yes! Every Staise scrunchie is handmade in the UK, using deadstock fabric where we can. They're sewn with love and made to last

How big are they?

Our scrunchies are full, fluffy, and comfy on the wrist. Each one has a circumference of approx. 18–20cm and works for most hair types.

Will it work on short + thin hair?

Yes! Our scrunchies are very lightweight and designed to hold gently without slipping. Founder, Anastasia wears hers with a bob, so whether you're working with short layers or fine strands, they'll stay put without dragging your hair down. Perfect for mini ponies, half-ups, or just looking cute on your wrist.

Can I wash my scrunchie?

We recommend a gentle hand wash if needed, especially for delicate fabrics like velvet or satin. Let it air dry to keep its shape.

Can I return or exchange it?

As each scrunchie is handmade, we don’t offer returns unless there’s a fault. But if there’s an issue, just get in touch and we’ll sort it.
