Shipping

Every Staise piece is handmade in small batches, so we pack your order with care and send it out within 1–3 working days of your order being placed. Items marked with a ship date, e.g. "Ships 29th September", are made to order and will go out on that date.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked: £3.95, 2–5 working days after dispatch
• Free UK shipping on orders over £75

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where's my order?
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 working days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us at hello@staise.co.uk and we'll sort it. We aim to reply within [48 hours].

Busy periods
During sales and the run-up to Christmas, please allow a few extra days. We'll post last order dates for Christmas delivery here and on Instagram.
