Royal Mail 48 Large Letter Standard (3-5 Business Days) - £3.50

Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked (3-5 Business Days + Tracking number provided) - £4

Express (1 to 3 business days) - £6

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, but we can provide a credit note for full-priced items within 14 days of purchase if they are returned unworn and in a sellable state. Customers are responsible for shipping costs (£4) unless otherwise agreed, this will be deducted from the credit note price.

All our scrunchies are handmade in the UK, so each one is unique. In the rare occasion you receive an item that is faulty or not quite right, we’re happy to exchange it for a new one in the same color and size. In this case, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Pre-Orders
