Where it began
It all started with one scrunchie
Staise started in my bedroom with one scrunchie and a sewing machine. I wanted accessories that looked as good on a dark evening run as they did at brunch, and I couldn't find them anywhere.
Today our scrunchies are still cut and sewn by hand in London, in small batches, using deadstock fabric wherever we can. That's why no two are quite the same, and why our drops sell out.

What we believe
You shouldn't have to choose
Between looking good, feeling good and performing well. You can have all three.
Function is a given
Reflective where it counts, comfortable all day, made to keep up with you.
Style is non-negotiable
Gingham, ruffles, contrast trims. Pieces you'd wear even if they did nothing else.
Feeling confident is the goal
On the 6am run, the walk home or the school run. That feeling is the whole point.
Why reflective
Seen after dark, without the hi-vis vibes
Dark mornings and darker evenings shouldn't mean feeling invisible. Our reflective pieces flash back when headlights, bike lights or a torch hit them, so you're easier to spot on runs, dog walks and the walk home.
In daylight they just look like a really good scrunchie.
How it's made
Scrunchies handmade in London
Our scrunchies are made by hand in London. We work in small runs and use deadstock fabric wherever we can, so less goes to waste and every piece is a little bit unique.
